This policy explains how CX-Experts (“we”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit our website or contact us (including through our contact form). It is intended to meet applicable requirements in Québec/Canada and, where relevant, the EU GDPR for individuals in France/EU.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

- Technical data: IP address, technical identifiers, browser/device type, pages viewed, timestamps, security logs.

- Hosting and WordPress service providers (hosting, security, backups).
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics).
- Technical providers related to your contact form setup (e.g., email delivery / WordPress plugins), depending on configuration.

Some providers (e.g., Google) may process data outside Canada (including the United States), depending on configuration and vendor infrastructure. Where GDPR applies, recognized transfer mechanisms may be used as applicable.

We retain information only as long as necessary:
- Contact form requests: 24 months after the last interaction.
- B2B business development/relationship: 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Technical/security logs: 180 days.
- Google Analytics: 14 months (retention setting).
9) Security
We implement reasonable safeguards (access controls, updates, logging, backups, anti-intrusion measures) appropriate for a WordPress website and our operations.
10) Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent (where applicable), and deletion/restriction (depending on context and legal obligations).
